"Born for a purpose!"

"You are born for a purpose that the world cannot do without" Glen McQuirk
I always get very excited when I ponder on this quote.  Just the thought that I have a "designer" purpose that nobody else on this earth has or will ever have makes me feel extremely significant.  It's the same kind of feeling you get when you stop and think that no other human being has ever had your set of fingerprints. The Word tells us in Psalm 139:14-16 "I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are Thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well."

God planned you; He's a Creator not a duplicator. This is why you are unique, you're amazing  and your difference to everybody else makes you extremely valuable. Nobody else on this earth can do what you can do, as well as you can do it and there's an empire of wealth inside you, waiting to be manifested. 

What you love the most and are passionate about, is a clue to your purpose. What are you enthusiastic about? What is that "something" that wakes you up in the morning and you spring into action with excitement. What is the activity that takes your mind off everything else and you even forget about breakfast and lunch when you are busy with it? Discover it, prepare for it and position yourself to receive exceedingly abundantly above what you can ask or think.

God has created everything on this earth to solve a problem.  You need to discover your purpose because you're holding the key to somebody's future. There are thousands of people out there, waiting for you to discover your purpose because you are absolutely perfect and genetically accurate for solving a specific problem for someone on earth. Somebody somewhere needs you. You are necessary to somebody, somewhere….. today. You were created for a specific and very special purpose…. to solve a specific problem on earth and this is called "your assignment".  Your assignment is to a person or a people and we all have a personal responsibility to discover it. In order to do this, you are required to reach, pursue and move towards His presence.  Hearing from the Holy Spirit will make your assignment clear, irrefutable and immovable.

Proverbs 3:27 "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it". Somebody is hungry and thirsty for your presence and will starve without you entering their life.  Someone is literally dying emotionally, mentally, or spiritually, waiting for you to come along to rescue them. Somebody has been lying awake at night praying that God would send you into their life.  The following scripture from the Amplified version of the Bible is my favourite and has become my mission statement Galatians 6:10  "So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good (morally to all people not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage.  Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith (those who belong to God's family with you, the believers)".

Now even though we need to look for opportunities to heal, strengthen and bless others and to do good every time it is possible, we are not the answer to everyone's problems.  We are only needed at a specific place, at a specific time and for a specific person. So we  need to determine and know well, the anointing and calling on our own lives.  We need to stand strong and stay linked to the Holy Spirit in total dependency and God will direct us to His perfect will. 

God has "reasons" and He has "seasons", so sometimes the Holy Spirit will forbid you to solve problems for some people. Timing is very vital to the Holy Spirit so we need to permit Him to direct our steps in this area every single day of our lives. Revelation 3:20 "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me."

So I don't want you to EVER forget, that YOU are born for a purpose that the world cannot do without. Discover this purpose and then study the right books and surround yourself with the kind of people that will add fuel to your passion. Be excellent in all you do and as the Holy Spirit opens doors of opportunity for you, make sure you recognize them quickly and obediently walk through them.  Proverbs 22:29 "Do you see a man diligent and skilful in his business? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men."
